
Booking Policy
Welcome to Venue 301! We are honored to be a part of your special event. To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, please review our booking policies before reserving your event date.
1. Reservations & Booking

All event reservations must be submitted through our booking system.

A reservation is not considered confirmed until the required deposit and signed rental agreement have been received.

Dates will remain available to other clients until all booking requirements have been completed.

Venue tours and consultations do not guarantee date availability.
2. Deposit & Payments

A non-refundable deposit of $350 is required to secure your event date.

The remaining balance must be paid in full by the due date specified in your rental agreement.

Failure to submit payments by the stated due dates may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Additional charges incurred during the event rental period must be paid within the timeframe outlined by Venue 301.
Your deposit will be applied toward the total rental cost.
All payments must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the due date. Late payments may result in the loss of the reservation deposit and booking privileges.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Requests to reschedule are subject to venue availability and approval by management.
You may be allowed to book for a future day 1 year of original date.
4. Setup & Cleanup

Access to the venue is limited to the rental period specified in the agreement.

All setup, decorating, breakdown, and cleanup activities must occur within the reserved rental time.

The venue must be left in a clean and orderly condition.

Additional cleaning fees may be charged if excessive cleanup is required.
5. Decorations

Decorations are welcome; however, items that may damage the facility are prohibited.

Nails, screws, staples, glitter, confetti, open flames, or any adhesive that may cause damage are not permitted unless approved in advance.

All decorations and personal property must be removed at the conclusion of the event.
6. Liability
The client is responsible for the conduct of all guests, vendors, and attendees. Any damages to Venue 301 property caused during the event may result in additional charges.
7. Photography & Marketing

Venue 301 may photograph event setups and venue spaces for marketing and promotional purposes.

Clients who wish to opt out of promotional photography must notify management in writing before their event.
8. Venue 301 Golden Rule
We love a good celebration! Please enjoy your event responsibly and treat Venue 301 as if it were your own. The best memories leave a lasting impression, but the best guests leave the venue just as beautiful as they found it.
